     When it comes time for planning your convention, summits, annual meetings, corporate outing, holiday party or other notable events at your company, you should remember hiring a qualified photographer makes all the difference. No event is too big or small for us at Vagabond Photography.
    Before photographing your event we like to have a quick 15-30 minute pre-program meeting with the company’s event coordinator to make sure we have the correct details for your specific event. This meeting can be in person at your venue prior to the event, at your offices, over the phone, or via Skype.
     As you know, events like these are great marketing tools for your company, and bringing on a professional photographer to cover your event is the best way to help convey your message to clients and the general public. In addition professional photographers take some of the burden off your staff hosting the event and allows them to focus on other aspects of the event be able to enjoy it as well.
     Vagabond Photography also offer business lifestyle sessions help show to your prospective clients and work force that your company is a fun and inviting atmosphere to be associated with and what they can expect when working for you.
     At Vagabond Photography we understand that time is essential and photos taken at the event may be needed quite quickly. To that end we upload everything to a private password-protected client gallery where you can view and download the photos from the event as needed. We also have the ability to upload photos to Dropbox or Google Drive if you so choose. We understand that some companies still like photos delivered on disk or jump/flash drive and this is not a problem.

Head Shots

     Vagabond Photography offers professional head shots that can be done at your place of business to be able to accommodate your staffs work needs.  We also offer bulk staff pricing for groups larger than five people. Each member of your staff will be provided with three head shots to be able to accommodate your needs at your place of employment from print to web needs.
