At Vagabond Photography, we understand that corporate photography encompasses a broad range of needs, from event coverage at new product or building launches to documenting annual conventions, seminars, to professional head-shots that strengthen your company’s brand.
At Vagabond Photography we recognize the importance of rapid turnaround for these events. Depending on the type of session required images are typically edited and available for download from the secure Client Gallery in one to two business days. Should you require only selected images, they can also be delivered directly via email or via a secure file sharing site. This ensures you have the visuals needed for timely recaps, social media posts, or preparation for the next day’s sessions.

At Vagabond Photography, we understand the importance of high-quality professional head-shots for use on websites, business cards, LinkedIn profiles, and other corporate materials — and that they need to be delivered efficiently.
We offer convenient on-site head-shot sessions at your workplace, with a quick and professional setup designed to minimize disruption to your team. Sessions are streamlined so we can be in and out efficiently. All we ask is that participants arrive dressed and ready.
We provide several background options, or we can shoot against a green screen to create a custom background that aligns with your company’s branding.
Group Head-shot Pricing:
For groups of 5 to 10 people: $135 per person
For groups of 11 to 25 people: $95 per person
Each participant receives 1–2 fully edited images, which will be uploaded to a secure Client Gallery within 7 to 10 business days. For groups larger than 25 people, please contact us for a custom quote.
**To qualify for group rate, all people must be photographed on same day.
